Subject:- Regarding rates for hiring of vehicle bolero ( new model)

Sir,

The State Council for Science Technology and Environment H.P. is interested to hire a Bolero Jeep SLX vehicle. All interested parties are requested to send their rates for hiring on monthly basis. The vehicle will be hired for a period of six months in the first instance, which can be further extendable subject to performance and requirement.

The interested party (s) shall quote rates inclusive of driver’s wages, overnight stay, permit, toll tax, all kind of fee including registration, renewal, other taxes etc. and no hidden cost will be accepted. The rates shall be quoted for a maximum use of 2000kms per month beyond which rate/km may also be quoted.The vehicle should be in good working order and the model should not be older than one year with total mileage covered less than 25000 km. The owner shall have valid permit for plying the vehicle in H.P. as well as outside Himachal.

The sealed quotations may be submitted in the office of State Council for Science Technology and Environment, HP, 34 SDA Complex, Kasumpti, Shimla-171009 on or before 15-3-2011 up to 11.00am and the same will be opened at 3.30 pm on same day.
